Refund policy

Return process:

• Within 14 days of receipt
• The product must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed
• Report your return to retour@yamine.nl

Please enclose the following information:

- Your name
- Your address
- Reason for return

• You will find a return form with your order. Please fill it out and send it back together with the package.
• Seal your parcel securely and address it to our return address:

• Drop off your parcel at a PostNL service point
• You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return shipment
• Keep the receipt
• We recommend sending the parcel with a Track & Trace code so you can track it easily

• As soon as we have received your return in good order, we will process your return within 7 working days after receipt of the items and refund the money excluding the shipping costs in the same manner as it was paid
